Komal A. Gulich, CRM
Komal is Manager of Enterprise Records Management for the FirstEnergy Corporation, Akron, Ohio. Her current responsibilities include overseeing the record systems and activities of all corporate locations, including three nuclear plants, marketing records management services, and various projects. Komal's work experience covers system operations, micrographics, warehousing, records management, system conversion, and business analysis. She has a
B. S. from Michigan State University, and received her Certified Records Manager (CRM) certification in 1998. She has been a member of ARMA since 1992. Komal is active in ARMA at the local and international levels. She is currently President of the Greater Cleveland Chapter, and the Communications Advisory Committee Chair. She was a past leader of the Utility ISG, past Great Lakes Region Manager, and is a past member of the Akron/Canton ARMA chapter where she served in a variety of board positions. Komal is also on the board and serves as a facilitator with the Summit/Portage County Leader Institute, a program for developing high school girls' leadership talents.
