Beth Chiaiese, CRM , MLIS

Beth Chiaiese, CRM , MLIS has been a member of the Chicago legal records management community since 1978. She has worked for several large law firms, and has also worked as a consultant, helping law firms across the county develop systems, processes and policies in records management. Beth is currently The National Director of Loss Prevention at Foley & Lardner, a law firm of 18 domestic offices and almost 1000 attorneys.

The New Records Manager

The presentation will describe the environment that today's records managers work in, and the skills and professional qualities needed for success . The speaker will draw from her 25 years experience in records management and her observations of how records managers have had to change and adapt to an increasingly more demanding and challenging work model.
