Susan Young, The Hertz Corporation - Oklahoma City
Susan Young has been in Information Technology the last 30 years. A Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) since 1996 through the Disaster Recovery Institute International, Susan has worked in EDP Compliance, Data Security and Business Continuity since 1993. Prior to 1993, Susan performed various technical and management functions in application programming development and support. Susan has earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Business Administration and Psychology, as well as a Masters of Business Administration. She is employed with The Hertz Corporation.

Basic premise of D/R Planning: what's included, what's excluded, what's important,
what's not. Strategies for recovery, definitions and confusions, different types of plans for different purposes, other responsibilities of Business Continuity. Susan will, as time
allows, get into other aspects of Business Continuity that will be applicable to your position at your own organization.
